At Character Wear SA, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier services.
(If you offer international shipping, let me know and I will add it.)

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes:

2–5 working days for major cities
3–7 working days for outlying/remote areas

Delays may occur due to:

High order volumes
Public holidays
Courier issues
Weather conditions
Load shedding or network issues

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
Free delivery promotions may apply from time to time.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.
You will receive:

An order confirmation email
A tracking number once shipped

5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Failed Deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver due to:

No one available to receive
Wrong address
Unable to access premises

The parcel will be returned to the courier depot.
You may need to arrange a new delivery at your cost.

7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take photos immediately
Notify us within 24 hours
We will assist with an exchange or refund according to our Return Policy.

8. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.
Once confirmed, we will resend your order or offer a refund.
