We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Tags are still attached
You have proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return:

❌ Worn or washed clothing
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Custom-made designs
❌ Items damaged due to misuse

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size received
Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defects
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only if:
The item is defective
The item is out of stock
We cannot fulfill your order

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we delivered the wrong or defective item).
For damaged or incorrect orders, Character Wear SA covers the return courier fee.
